Wisconsin 300 is a strategic initiative aimed at providing tangible opportunities for the black community in Wisconsin by collaborating with corporations, politics, and financial institutions. The program seeks to empower black individuals by shifting mindsets and offering pathways to financial independence. Even though the black population in Wisconsin is only 6.1%, the initiative focuses on this state because it is home to two of the top three cities rated as the worst for black individuals.
Launched on October 5th, 2024, Wisconsin 300, also known as W300, is dedicated to supporting black individuals across the state in achieving homeownership, starting or expanding businesses, and reforming the broken educational systems. The initiative will consist of 300 carefully selected black individuals living and working in Wisconsin, who will play a pivotal role in addressing the lack of opportunities, broken family units, and crime within the community. Members of W300 will have the opportunity to earn passive income, receive performance-based bonuses, and contribute to the empowerment of other black individuals in Wisconsin while actively participating in civic engagement.
By becoming one of the 300 members, you will receive a share of marketing income flowing through the CIH Media Group and have your Individual Development Account matched 5-1 for the first $3,000.00 you deposit. Additionally, members will lead efforts to assist a minimum of 50,000 black individuals in preparing for homeownership or entrepreneurship, as well as engaging in civic activities starting in 2024.
Wisconsin 300 aims to serve as a model for change and progress across the United States, offering hope and opportunities for everyday black individuals. The initiative's main goal is to help Wisconsin's black community establish a solid foundation, pave the way for financial independence, and improve educational outcomes for future generations. It also aims to reduce poverty rates among women and children by introducing location-based income opportunities for youth as young as 12 years old.
The expected outcomes of Wisconsin 300 include inspiring a new generation of hopeful black individuals and effecting positive change in Wisconsin. The initiative aims to address the quality of life for black individuals and equip them with the knowledge and skills to become homeowners or business owners, earn passive income, uphold biblical principles, and become Wisconsin's next generation of achievers.
